Elite Team Sales Representative

WHOOP is currently working with Professional, Collegiate and Olympic athletes and teams. The successful candidate will report to the Vice President of Performance and will work directly with high profile coaches, sports scientists, strength and conditioning, and athletic training staffs interfacing with elite teams to best use WHOOP to drive success.
Responsibilities
- Leverage your historical team contacts to share the WHOOP value stories and product features and options.
- Managing a database of clients in Elite Sports in your defined geography, and develop strong relationships with coaches and staff at the professional and collegiate levels.
- Develop, manage and execute customer creation opportunities across elite sports teams, and consistently report activities through the WHOOP Salesforce CRM System.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to provide product feedback gained during the sales process.
- Identify markets for account creation activities (i.e. sport specific, league specific, recovery specific) within Professional and NCAA D1 and D2 Markets.
- Facilitating engagement through training and ongoing support of WHOOP clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a BS, BA degree in Health, Fitness, Exercise, Performance.
- A proven elite performance sales professional, sports scientist, or elite coach with strong skills and a history of success in professional, national team and/or collegiate sports sales or operations.
- Highly proficient providing educational presentations on athlete performance. (Your audience will be performance professionals from some of the most respected Sporting institutions in North America).
- Comfortable communicating with professional coaches and athletes.
- Understand and effectively communicate the use of new and applied recovery and readiness technology.
- You’ll be flexible, with the ability to travel approximately 50% of time as needed.
