Jobcase is looking for a Director of Sales Operations to be responsible for driving the strategy and execution, partnership with sales leaders, presales and sales process, and drive best in breed compensations plan and account management.

 

What you'll be doing here:

  • Serve as the key partner working directly with the Head of Sales and other internal stakeholders to provide process and strategy recommendations
  • Drive the annual sales compensation planning process and provide recommendations to further align sales success with incentive plan
  • Build dashboards in Salesforce and BI tools to track, manage, and provide insights on KPIs
  • Manage requirements for sales in the lead to cash process including but not limited to the CRM tool
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams, specifically Customer Success, to drive sales success.
  • Lead key analytical projects that assist and influence the business
  • Provide recommendations on product improvements, system improvements etc
  • Follow Competitive intelligence and report back to sales leadership on findings with recommendations

About you and your skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic, ever-growing and often ambiguous environment
  • Experience in Consulting or Sales Operations, in a lead role
  • Entrepreneurial Attitude
  • Capable of investigating, familiarizing and mastering new data sets quickly
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with Tableau, or similar BI tools
  • Experience with using Excel
