About the Role:
The Director of Client Operations, Commercial Insurance will manage a team of Client Executives and own relationships with several enterprise level Insurance customers, with the opportunity to cover additional customer segments as we continue to expand. In this role you’ll guide customers successfully from deployment to operationalization with our AI/ML models using your outstanding relationship management and program management skills. This position is highly collaborative and visible - working across multiple internal teams to ensure we deliver a quality product to our customers.
What You'll Do:
- Manage a team of Client Executives that own the technical roll out of Gradient AI solutions, including acquiring and mapping client data and configuring solutions for maximum positive impact
- Manage, both directly and through the team, a portfolio of enterprise accounts to foster strategic, long-term business relationships
- Implement new concepts and solutions with our customers; create and execute project plans that transform the way they operate
- Create and execute strategic account plans, in conjunction with Sales Executives
- Act as an expert on GradientAI’s P&C products/solutions and insurance data in order to achieve retention goals and identify up-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with Product Management on prioritizing product enhancements
- Report against customer KPIs on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree; 10+ years' experience in a consulting role for P&C insurance; significant exposure to insurance business processes
- Proven experience implementing change management programs for insurance customers
- High level of proficiency with data and analytics; project management capabilities
- Strong relationship building skills, with the ability to align key customer stakeholders and internal teams
- Experience managing high growth teams
- Demonstrated capabilities working with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel to client sites when needed
