The caliber of expertise available to Catalant clients is critical to the business’s overall success. We are seeking an individual to act as a lead in managing our network of consultants while meeting the needs of our clients. This role will work closely with our clients to understand the ideal candidate profile for each project and then identify those individuals ensuring the best outcome for both parties. What you'll do
- Manage existing client and consultant relationships
- Partner with sales to identify and plan for customer needs
- Lead client calls to discuss project based needs while qualifying the opportunity
- Build and manage relationships with the expert community to better match experts to the clients project needs
- Assess consultants for project fit
- Coach consultants through the initial pitching process as well as the interview, proposal and contracting stage
- Position the Catalant brand as the leading destination for top talent, independent professionals, and boutique firms for meaningful, sophisticated work
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-6 years of experience working in a recruiting, sales, or customer success focused role
- Proven success delivering results in a fast-paced, demanding, high growth, yet collaborative environment – requires a strong sense of urgency
- Understanding of management consulting and/or talent marketplaces (preferred)
- Top notch verbal and written communication skills

We have a flexible hybrid work model, where employees local to our Boston headquarters come into our office on a flexible basis, and other employees are fully remote.
