The Role


We are searching for a Sales Leader to lead our Commercial MedTech team. In this role, you will build a strategy around our MedTech Commercial products and be the leader of a newly formed team to drive business into new and existing accounts for a newly launched Veeva product.

What You'll Do

  • Hire and lead a team of A-players
  • Partner with Strategy to drive MedTech market awareness
  • Meet/exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets set for the team
  • Provide strategic guidance related to key opportunities and complete sales cycles
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the business, IT, and C-level executives
  • Accurate sales forecast and pipeline management
  • Review and First Level approval of pricing and proposals
  • Be willing to travel 50%+

Requirements

  • 10+ Years Work Experience
  • 3+ Years managing teams selling enterprise software or related services
  • Experience in MedTech commercial execution: sales, go-to-market strategy, digital enablement and/or data and analytics; can speak to total product lifecycle for device and diagnostics
  • Ability to travel globally (US and EU)
  • Location: Northeast (Boston or NJ/PA) or Mid-West (Minneapolis or Chicago)
