Channel Sales Operations Specialist

At Klaviyo, Channel Sales Operations is a critical function to the overall success of Klaviyo’s Channel Program; you are the driver of sales efficiency, effectiveness and intelligence. Your role is the enabler between Klaviyo’s Channel team and our Channel partners. Our Channel program is growing rapidly; you will help to support over 1000+ agencies in our program. In doing so you will help to accelerate and empower our partners success in Klaviyo’s program. The person who would best fit this role is highly collaborative, organized, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Our Channel Sales Operations hire will report to the Sales Operations Manager.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage and administer Klaviyo’s agency portal
  • Collaborate with sales enablement to manage LMS and certification program
  • Work with Agency Partners to resolve operational matters
  • Manage our partner directory and facilitate introductions to our agency partners
  • Identify opportunities to improve the Channel process
  • Work with our SFDC admin to improve and refine flows, rules, and processes to maximize value out of our CRM
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, in an effort to expand our Partner Program

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Are excited, motivated, and inspired by exceeding goals
  • Have experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Have 1-2 years of Salesforce administration experience
  • Have experience in Channel Program management, scaling out a Partner Program
  • Have experience working in high-growth, performance and deadline driven environment
  • Have strong analytical skills and an interest in using data to understand trends and make decisions
  • Are results oriented, attention to detail, ability to prioritize multiple objectives and projects
  • Have a BA/BS Degree
