Channel Operations Specialist
At Klaviyo, Channel Sales Operations is a critical function to the overall success of Klaviyo’s Channel Program; the team is the driver of sales efficiency, effectiveness and intelligence. Your role is the enabler between Klaviyo’s Channel team and our Klaviyo teams that impact Channel partners. Our Channel program is growing rapidly; you will help to support over 2000+ agencies in our program. In doing so you will help to accelerate and empower our partners success in Klaviyo’s program. The person who would best fit this role is highly collaborative, organized, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Our Channel Sales Operations hire will report to the Sales Operations Manager.
What you’ll be doing:
-Work with Agency Partners to resolve operational matters
-Work with our Finance team to calculate and communicate Partner Payments on a monthly basis
-Work with our SFDC admin to improve and refine flows, rules, and processes to maximize value out of our CRM
-Review all Partner related systems on a daily basis to ensure data integrity
-Point of contact in the Sales Operations team to support Channel Account Managers, Agency Onboarding Specialists and Agency Development Representatives

-Have experience in Channel Program management
-Have experience working in high-growth, performance and deadline driven environment
-Have experience in supporting Sales Reps and Sales Management
-Are results oriented, attention to detail, ability to prioritize multiple objectives and projects
-Have a BA/BS Degree
