Channel Key Accounts Manager
Job Description:
The Channel Key Accounts Manager will be a critical direct revenue contribution role within the Global Ecosystem Solutions (GES) team. Pluralsight will continue to grow the amount of revenue it drives directly with partners. The role will pursue "sell-with" and "sell-thru" quota attainment efforts driven directly by GES resources supporting the role together with playbook driven co-selling introduced on selective basis to the broader revenue organization. This role owns comprehensive selling activities encompassing "lead-to-close" for a select set of key channel partners which will include a Fed/SLED emphasis among other GTM categories. In market executive briefings, enablement routines, onboarding protocols and co-selling will be a continuous motion to drive demand gen and lead creation spearheaded by this candidate. This is an exciting and entrepreneurial role which combines aspects of both individual contribution and sales modeling cooperating with additional resources secured as vital supporting a business plan intent on doubling target group GES revenues year over year.

What you'll do
- Focus on driving business with one of Pluralsight's largest partners and become an authority on their business, priorities and outcomes desired.
- Source, negotiate and close new and expand deals with this partner.
- Be responsible for the delivery of a bookings number resulting from both direct "selling with" and "selling through" select partners.
- Be responsible for the delivery of a bookings co-sell number resulting from leading specific partner co-sell playbooks you've built and deployed to the Pluralsight revenue teams.
- Determine when individual results achieved for a particular partner indicate greater success is forecastible with additional resourcing enabling a defined GTM unit plan.
- Collaborate with your Global Ecosystem Solutions, Pluralsight, and partner counterparts.
- Show proficiency on the Pluralsight platform and how it drives partner and customer results.
Experience you'll need
- 8+ years professional experience related to and running business / corporate development, partnerships, alliances, channel, affiliate, etc.
- MBA or business degree preferred
- Consistent track record of delivering on revenue goals through partnerships
- Experience in the tech and/or education industry is a plus, especially SaaS
- Up to 65% of travel
