Business Development Representative Manager

Does the opportunity to join one of the fastest growing tech companies in Boston excite you? As a 3Play Media Business Development Representative Manager, you will be responsible for managing a growing team of BDRs focused on researching, building, and supplementing the 3Play lead pipeline.
The BDR Manager’s primary responsibility will be to hire, train and coach the team, with the goal of generating leads via inbound and outbound prospecting and creating opportunities for our Account Executive Team. This role will report into our SVP of Sales. In this role, you will work closely with our sales and leadership teams to hit targets and reach goals.
The ideal candidate is someone who is dynamic, has a competitive edge and wants to bring the team to the next level. Your ability to lead a successful team will be critical to your success.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Grow and manage the BDR team
- Achieve overall team target through training and mentoring
- Create & Manage KPIs for team
- Work with HR for team hiring
- Work with Finance, HR, and sales management to develop sales incentive programs and compensation planning in order to increase sales productivity
- Work alongside our sales leadership and Account Executive team to target, map, and develop prospecting strategies to drive new business opportunities
- Motivate and inspire your team to meet and exceed their goals
Position Requirements
- Experience with new business development, with a focus on high volume sales and cold outreach
- Desire to meet and exceed measurable goals
- Experience having created sales development processes including prospecting strategy, sales playbooks, and onboarding programs
- 2 - 3 years of management experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
