Your challenge:
As an Associate Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with our Senior Customer Success Managers to support a group of our enterprise clients to drive high levels of product adoption and engagement and to provide an excellent customer experience.
Here are some things you will tackle:
- Drive consistent product adoption and engagement to achieve clients’ expected outcomes and provide an excellent customer experience to ensure strong renewal rates
- Focus on understanding use cases for clients to support account growth strategy by staying up to date with changes to your clients’ organizations and uncovering organic upsell opportunities
- Analyze client engagement of the Definitive Healthcare product and collaborate with Senior Customer Success Managers and Account Executives regarding account health and trends
- Scope out client projects from goals to measurable outcomes and liaise with our Professional Services team to communicate the clients’ business requirements
- Manage client project timelines, cost, and delivery and follow up with clients on achieved project outcomes
- Document value capture for business review and renewal discussions
What you’ll need:
- 0-1 year of experience in a client facing role focused on driving engagement and/or gathering client requirements
- Adept at working in a collaborative team environment toward a shared goal
- Experience in project management, balancing priorities, and holding stakeholders accountable
- Strong attention to detail and superior communication skills
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly
