Account Specialist, Enterprise Accounts
Bullhorn is looking for an Enterprise Account Specialist to join our Sales team.

Why this job is important:
The Account Specialist within Bullhorn’s global Enterprise business is responsible for delivering an incredible customer experience to Bullhorn’s top strategic Enterprise accounts through flawless internal and external execution in partnership with Enterprise leadership. This partnership will play a key role in ensuring the growth, retention and success of Bullhorn’s largest and most strategic accounts. These accounts leverage solutions across both Bullhorn’s native platform and Bullhorn for Salesforce. You will also have an opportunity to contribute to Enterprise sales campaigns to support ongoing prospecting and deal cycles.
A typical day might include:
Growing & Enhancing Enterprise Client Relationships
Proactively manage smaller, child accounts that roll up to global entities to identify opportunities and risk
Building relationships within Bullhorn ecosystem - and within client’s business - that further position Bullhorn for success within strategic accounts, from executive to operational and user level as identified above
Leading relevant discovery, Bullhorn demos for smaller business units, field leadership and initiating partner demos with key players as necessary
Prospect into territory where applicable (with Managing Directors (MD)’s guidance) to uncover opportunities, book appointments and deliver Bullhorn demos
Driving an Incredible Customer Experience:
Build relationships within defined Enterprise accounts to deliver an incredible customer experience and gather insight/feedback to inform the Managing Director’s strategy
Activities at User Level to include chairsides, surveys, training, best practice webinars, user-level marketing campaigns, etc. to drive adoption, awareness, and affinity. Travel required
Help identify white-space (i.e. upsell) opportunities within accounts for both products and services, as well as conduct additional account research to inform overall account strategy
Internal Bullhorn support, project management and communications:
Act as a liaison between the customer and various functional groups at Bullhorn, including but not limited to Sales, Support, Professional Services and Finance
Manage any billing and administrative issues in the accounts
Lead preparation and ensure successful execution of quarterly scorecard and Executive Business Reviews decks/reporting in coordination with the MD
This role may be a fit for you if:
You have demonstrated success in a previous customer-focused role, with preferences in experience in recruitment or sales roles within a recruitment agency
You pride yourself on your ability to navigate transactional functions of the role with a high level of organization and attention to detail
You can relate Bullhorn solutions to business value
You can speak to your incredible territory and contact management skills
You "get" technology; you'll be able to navigate Bullhorn's software and discuss its various components with clients
You're independent, but also a team player
Bonus points for:
Familiarity and working knowledge of Bullhorn solutions, including both Bullhorn native and Bullhorn for Salesforce
Specific experience working for an Enterprise sized staffing firm (over 500 internal employees) in a technical or operational role including implementing or managing the Bullhorn relationship
Fluency in Spanish, written and spoken (full working/business proficiency)
