Account Executive (SMB)

The SMB Account Executive cultivates and closes new accounts for WHOOP, with a focus on the Corporate and Collegiate Athletics verticals. This individual will be responsible for quarterbacking deals from start to finish through a mixture of inbound and outbound generated leads.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead a full suite of sales conversations, from discovery to close, with senior executives and decision makers across a company
- Manage and update CRM / Pipeline information related to prospects through to close
- Work collaboratively with enterprise team members as needed to further develop our sales process, sales collateral, etc.
- Conduct outbound prospecting across high priority target markets to build pipeline
- Collaborate with Customer Success team to optimize handover, renewals, and upsells
- Provide ad hoc deal support on larger strategic deals within Corporate vertical as needed
- Communicate and escalate issues appropriately including: billing, legal, security, and technical inquiries
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years experience in a direct enterprise sales closing role
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Competitive and driven to achieve goals - you meet and exceed your number
- Excellent problem solving and oral/written communication skills
- Exceptional hustle and adaptability
It is preferred that this role sit out of our Boston HQ, but remote candidates are also welcome to apply.
