Account Executive, Life Sciences (Enterprise)

The Enterprise Account Executive cultivates and closes new Enterprise-level relationships, within the Healthcare and Life Sciences vertical, quarterbacking deals from start to finish. This role will be a hybrid of net-new relationships and existing growth within targeted accounts. The ideal candidate will be curious by nature, a relentless hunter, and possess a consistent track record of sales over-achievement. This role requires knowledge of the Life Science space including experience selling to Pharmaceuticals and Medical Device Companies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work collaboratively in a startup environment with a high-performance software team
- Strategic conversations with application and business owners at clients and prospects
- Presenting to senior level business and IT members at clients and prospects
- Develop and implement outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and follow best practices across the company
- Responsible for managing and updating our CRM / Pipeline information related to prospects and clients
- Participation in weekly calls with sales and practice teams
- Ability to manage the sales process, and to be a creative “deal-maker” as needed
- Ability to create strategic presentations for adopting new technologies and modernization projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in related business, management or technology
- 5+ years of experience in an Enterprise sales role
- Proven track record of Enterprise Sales in Life Sciences
- Individual must be able to work independently while building a territory
- Excellent problem solving, organizational, interpersonal, and oral/written communication skills; ability to deliver high quality presentations
- Experience with CRM software (i.e., Salesforce)
