Job Summary: The sales role is focused on selling PAFCO's seafood products to key customers and independent accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new customers through sales calls, proposals, presentations, and follow-up.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
  • Sell PAFCO's full line of seafood products.
  • Develop short- and long-term sales strategies and objectives for accounts.
  • Work with marketing, logistics, product development, and other internal teams to meet customer needs.
  • Meet sales volume, margin, and profit goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing.
  • Monitor consumer trends, regulations, economic conditions, and other factors affecting the market.
  • Build relationships within customer communities.
  • Represent PAFCO professionally and protect the company's reputation
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of food-sales experience is required for the Account Manager position.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
  • Ability to work with different departments and collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Strong practical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and operate in situations where there isn't always a clear answer.
