Lead end-to-end seafood/perishable food plant operations including production throughput, warehousing, cold-chain distribution, food safety compliance (HACCP/SQF/FSMA), maintenance, P&L management, continuous improvement, and multi-shift people leadership in a temperature-controlled facility.

The Sales Manager will define business objectives, develop new accounts, maintain relationships, drive sales results, and negotiate contracts in the seafood market.

The Sales Associate will generate sales leads, set appointments, maintain accounts, and achieve sales goals for PAFCO's products while promoting a positive company image.
