Sell seafood products to key customers and independent accounts by developing new business, managing existing relationships, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating pricing and contracts, and achieving sales volume, margin, and profit goals. The role also requires collaboration with marketing, logistics, and product development teams, market monitoring, account strategy development, and professional customer representation.

Lead end-to-end seafood/perishable food plant operations including production throughput, warehousing, cold-chain distribution, food safety compliance (HACCP/SQF/FSMA), maintenance, P&L management, continuous improvement, and multi-shift people leadership in a temperature-controlled facility.

The Sales Manager will define business objectives, develop new accounts, maintain relationships, drive sales results, and negotiate contracts in the seafood market.
