As a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll build deep product and technical expertise, strengthen your understanding of our end‑to‑end processes, and play an essential role in delivering an outstanding experience to both internal partners and external stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities
 

  • Provide accurate and timely support across the pre‑sales process, including product information, case design support, illustrations, and resource navigation.
  • Respond to inbound and outbound inquiries from internal partners and external stakeholders in a professional, service‑oriented manner.
  • Collaborate with team members, Sales leadership, and cross‑functional groups to address needs and support business priorities.
  • Assist with coordinating information, tools, and resources to ensure a smooth workflow across the team.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of products, processes, and tools to effectively support sales activity.
  • Follow established best practices and contribute ideas to refine processes and enhance team effectiveness.
  • Support the development of materials and messaging used in sales initiatives.

Required Qualifications
 

  • Demonstrated drive to positively impact the sales process and support business goals.
  • Strong team orientation with a collaborative approach to problem‑solving.
  • Willingness to learn and successfully complete required licensing within established timelines.
  • Enthusiasm for developing industry knowledge and expanding technical skill sets.

  • Strong sales acumen and customer service capabilities.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment and navigate changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of financial services is an asset.

Preferred Qualifications
 

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and comfort navigating digital tools and workflows.
  • Life and Annuities experience preferred
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to interpret product information and communicate concepts clearly.
  • Experience working in a service‑oriented, high‑volume environment.
  • Interest in growing into sales, distribution, or technical roles over time.

Salary range is expected to be between

$61,875.00 USD - $103,125.00 USD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
