We are seeking top-notch talent to add to our Sales Support Team!

Our Sales Support Specialists / Client Transaction Specialists delight in executing finance programs and transactions with accuracy in a fast-paced environment while building and strengthening customer relationships. This is a customer facing role that helps drive sales goals with high regard for operation execution in the day-to-day implementation of our customer’s financing program. Individual maintains direct working relationships within the territory, supporting all aspects of the financing process by responding to inquiries, handling research and finding the mutually beneficial resolution. This role is responsible for proactive communication with customers and internal team on trends and opportunities within a customer’s program where GreatAmerica can add value.

As a Sales Support Specialist / Client Transaction Specialist, you’ll

  • Play a Critical Role! Serving the needs of our customers is key to our success and you will play an integral role as you accurately execute requests pertaining to a customer’s end-user, finance program features, and processes; ultimately, transacting in a way that shapes a friction-less and delightful experience for all involved.
  • Use Your Expertise! Execute all the pieces of a transaction with our customer promptly, accurately and with consistent information; meeting quality metrics and exceeding customer expectations. Compute rate calculations based on expert level knowledge of rate economics and procedures. Help resolve customer issues and help establish a solid understanding of solutions as you clearly communicate information and concepts to our customers.
  • Be a Vital Resource! You’ll be the primary individual to manage the daily communication flow through various platforms with our customers while maintaining detailed notes to support transactional communication and manage customer program information. Build the bridge between GreatAmerica and our Customers as you communicate credit decisions, generate documentation, research accounts, review submitted documentation for funding; ensuring information is received and accurately input into our systems prior to funding. Guide the transaction all the way from application entry to funding.
  • Evolve and Grow With Us! The Customer is at the center of everything we do. You’ll be responsible for facilitating and proactively supporting their financing programs by leveraging your knowledge of our relationships while adapting to their changing business needs. Utilize our ever-evolving technology platforms as you engage with our customers and their end-users.
  • Have Leadership and Team Support! Work in a team-based solution-oriented environment with immediate team members from multiple functions within the business including Sales, Credit, Documentation, Account Support, Portfolio Management and Leadership to support our mission of helping our customers achieve greater success.
  • Be a Culture Champion! You’ll be at the heart of team activity and will develop a high-level understanding of other functions and the value they provide. Your team will look to you to communicate effectively, identify areas for improvement, and consistently deliver on our Customer commitments.

To be successful in this role you’ll need:

  • Time management, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced open work environment
  • Strong customer service focus with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency using MS Office and adept at working across multiple computer systems.
  • Mathematical aptitude
  • High school graduate or equivalent required
  • 1 year of customer service experience, or experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred or equivalent education/experience
  • Prior experience in financial services or leasing is not required but preferred
