With 1,000 intelligence professionals, over $300M in sales, and serving over 1,900 clients worldwide, Recorded Future is the world’s most advanced, and largest, intelligence company!

Recorded Future is seeking a strategic, tech-savvy Senior Sales Productivity Tool Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. In this highly cross-functional role, you’ll own the roadmap and execution for a critical set of go-to-market (GTM) applications — Outreach, Clari, and Gong — ensuring they’re aligned with business objectives and optimized for scale.

You’ll be the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Business Applications, and IT, driving seamless integrations, data transparency, and tool adoption across the entire GTM organization. This is a high-impact role perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and technology — and knows how to turn tactical tools into strategic enablers.

What You'll Do:

Take full ownership of the roadmap and optimization strategy for Gong, Clari, and Outreach — from configuration to cross-platform integration, lifecycle planning, and new feature rollouts.

Act as the internal product owner and subject matter expert for each tool, bridging technical and business needs across teams.

  • Lead and scale user onboarding, enablement, and training programs to ensure every team maximizes value from the GTM tool stack
  • Proactively identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for automation within workflows — and partner with Business Applications and Salesforce teams to solve them.
  • Drive tool adoption and accountability by building usage dashboards, KPIs, and performance insights, and surfacing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Lead troubleshooting, vendor escalation, and release management for assigned platforms.
  • Maintain and continuously improve process documentation, user guides, and best practices. Partner with Procurement and Legal to support vendor evaluations, contract renewals, and budget alignment. I
  • Influence roadmap prioritization across Revenue Operations by aligning tool capabilities with strategic business goals.
What You'll Bring:
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Enablement, with direct platform ownership or administration of Outreach, Clari, and Gong.
  • Proven ability to translate GTM strategy into tool functionality and cross-functional workflows.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting methodologies, and sales engagement best practices.
  • Strong experience working across teams to design data flows, reporting structures, and integrations (especially with Salesforce).
  • Comfortable using data to monitor tool health, drive adoption, and identify process gaps.
  • Strong communicator and facilitator with a bias toward proactive collaboration and strategic alignment.
  • Relevant platform certifications (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Clari, Outreach) preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exposure to or admin-level experience in Marketo, ZoomInfo, or sales compensation platforms (e.g., SPIFF, QuotaPath).
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, or automation platforms like Zapier, Workato, or Snaplogic.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or other high-growth tech environments.
