Sales Planner support within the Hyperscaler team, direct responsibilities include deliverables associated with Order Intake, Orders Pipeline, Sales team compensation results and LOA Process.  Support of Sales team to accomplish objectives associated with all orders related needs.  Partner closely with stakhodlers across business groups including Controllers, Global SSO personnel and other organizations in support of hyperscaler Sales Teams. 
 
 

Responsibilities
  • Involvement in offer cycle on a case by case basis; support to offer control when required

  • Order and Pipeline Forecast Management (collaborate and align with controllers on Sales and SM)

  • Supply and Demand Plan Interface

  • Orders Assurance, annual plan maangement, quota support and management, and bi-weekly forecase reviews

  • Uploads and mgmt of internal systems requiring input (CRM, etc)
  • Orders & Sales Compensation 
  • Misc. internal requests for results/forecast analysis and customer reports
Qualifications
  • 5 Years related experience preferred
  • Preferred Knowledge of:  Excel, PowerPoint, CRM
  • Excellent communication skills.  Able to provide analysis to internal customers and senior management. 

  • Results and deadline oriented.  Able to work under pressure with limited supervision. 

  • Excellent analytical skills and close attention to accuracy. 

  • Ability to build close working relationships with internal customers, peers and regional.
