Job Description

  • The salary range for this role is $50,000 — $60,000 based on experience.
  • Must be tied to an Informa TechTarget office in Washington, D.C., New York, or Boston.
  • This posting will automatically expire on May 21, 2025.

The Sales Operations Specialist – Digital Media (a member of the Data Quality Management team) manages the accuracy of post sales delivery for Digital Media, Marketing Services and Virtual Events. This role is responsible for order management and works with cross functional partners to facilitate a seamless handoff for delivery. Accuracy is of high importance as the data is used to support the business in Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract management; is responsible for the data accuracy of the contract process and entries into the business systems
  • Owns the product inventory tracking and order management process
  • Monitors and responds to internal and sales organization requests
  • Supports the sales organization with the contract process and client-related requests
  • Acts as the liaison between sales team and support teams with delivery preparation
  • Is accountable for quality control on client billing, invoicing, and the main point of contact for sales on billing and invoicing
  • Conducts audits and reconciles data disparities across systems
  • Completes monthly billing reconciliation deadlines
  • Establishes and enforces best practices and data standardization

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience within a quality control environment, focusing on accuracy of data, delivery, reporting, and reconciliation of sold programs.
  • Highly organized, with a strong ability to balance multiple projects at once while paying absolute attention to detail
  • Focused on the accuracy and timeliness of deadlines and billing delivery
  • A strong influencer who can work across multiple internal teams including Sales, Operations, Billing, Finance and Client Services.
  • Able to communicate conceptual solutions to peers and management effectively
  • Exemplary high standards of customer service; motivated and driven to succeed
  • Knowledge of digital optimization, advertising production process and billing or operation role is a plus.
