We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn about sales operations and make a meaningful impact on the success of a growing company. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations
  • Maintain and update sales databases and customer information
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement processes that improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing proposals, and creating customer invoices
  • Attend sales meetings and take notes to be shared with the team
  • Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on current sales processes
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Econ or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Hubspot
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus

Eligibility: This position is remote, but applicants must reside within the United States.

Pay:

  • Paid internship: $17-19/hour

Commitment:

  • 16-24 hours per week (hours per week flexible)
