You will collaborate closely with the Sales, Strategy & Planning and Business Systems teams to own, improve, and maintain foundational sales data infrastructure, ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
Job Description

  • Ensuring accuracy of sales datasets and published reports from the Sales Strategy/Ops teams that are used through validation and testing.
  • Developing monthly sales reporting packs leveraging metrics that provide ongoing insights into the sales organization. Proactively bringing new views and data, as well as diving into ongoing trends to identify input drivers to the metric outputs.
  • Developing ad hoc reporting for different levels of the sales organization: e.g., quota attainment reporting is different at a rep level, vs. a manager level, vs. a sales leader and ops level. Assist team members in publishing and enabling those views at those different levels, and maintain an inventory of reporting.
  • Support reporting needs for: All Hands, MBRs, QBRs, BOD prep.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Ability to work through data models that relate to the contextual needs of the global Sales organization
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
  • Strategic mindset with a track record of driving business impact through data-driven decision-making.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels


Nice to haves:

  • Demonstrated expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau
  • Demonstrated expertise in SQL
  • Experience navigation Salesforce and creating Salesforce reports and dashboards

Our salary range reflects the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all our US locations. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant's job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.
In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility. $28.85 - $43.27 USD
