This position is The Sales Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the growth and efficiency of our commercial organization. This position is responsible for analyzing performance data, optimizing processes, and providing actionable insights that enable our sales team to deliver exceptional results. This analyst will work not only with sales, but more specifically with our business development and customer success teams.
This is a remote opportunity but must be currently based in the US.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update reports to track and show trends relating to different KPI’s.
- Prepare data and presentations for Quarterly metric reviews.
- Prepare adhoc reports and analysis.
- Collaboration in presentation preparation.
- Collaborate with different Business units to help drive efficiency across the organization.
- Support the BD and CS teams with reporting and Salesforce dashboard views.
- Support tracking of Spiffs and contests.
- Manage territory systems and changes.
Skills and Experience:
- 4+ Years experience in sales operations, Sales support, data analysis and reporting.
- High level understanding of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Strong knowledge of Pivot tables, Vlookups, Xlookups and IF Functions
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong understanding of the sales process.
- Experience in Salesforce reporting and Dashboards.
- Track record of process improvement and ability to design and implement processes.
- Attention to detail.
