Supports sales operations for strategic accounts through territory planning, account segmentation, capacity modeling, quota setting, forecasting, and process improvement. Maintains Salesforce data integrity, performs bulk updates, builds reports and dashboards, delivers business insights, conducts ad hoc analyses, and collaborates with account, marketing, finance, and operations teams. This is a remote, full-time W2 contract role lasting approximately six months.

We're looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support a fast-growing team focused on managing and optimizing key strategic accounts. In this role, you'll partner with operations leads and cross-functional stakeholders to drive account planning, reporting, and data integrity initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Support territory planning, account segmentation, capacity modeling, and quota/target setting
- Partner with operations leadership and cross-functional teams on forecasting and process improvements
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce, including account data quality and bulk data updates
- Develop and manage reports and dashboards to monitor account and business performance
- Generate regular data insights to identify process gaps and support business reviews
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business initiatives and leadership requests
- Collaborate cross-functionally with account, marketing, finance, and other teams to improve operational efficiency
- Leverage modern data and AI-assisted tools to streamline reporting and analysis workflows
Qualifications
Required:
- Experience in sales operations, account management, or customer success operations, ideally involving management of key accounts
- Hands-on Salesforce experience, specifically maintaining data integrity and performing bulk account/data updates (not a Salesforce developer role)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and see them through to completion
- Work authorization for employment in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is unavailable
Preferred:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience (open to exceptional candidates with less experience)
- Background at a fast-moving tech, startup, or consulting environment
- Comfort building models and analyses in Google Sheets or Excel
- Familiarity with AI-assisted data and analytics tools
- Degree in Applied Mathematics, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, or a related field (equivalent experience considered)
