We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist to support our growing commercial team. This hands-on role supports the day-to-day operational activities of the US team.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with the US Sales team to ensure timely follow-up on leads, keep the CRM updated, and hold reps accountable on hygiene and pipeline discipline
  • Support day-to-day CRM data quality across leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities
  • Hold weekly 1:1s with US reps to review opportunities, surface risks and blockers, and follow up where records need attention
  • Manage the close-won process for US deals, including coordination with Finance/Operations and booking documentation
  • Support monthly Finance/Ops alignment for the US region
  • Provide recap and backup materials for the weekly Sales Ops forecast call led by the Head of Sales Operations
  • Coordinate sales meetings (QBRs, Kick-off) , prepare recaps and action items, and follow through on next steps across the team
  • Support order administration and commercial workflows in collaboration with Finance and Operations
  • Assist with pipeline management, sales reporting, and CRM updates following campaigns and industry events
  • Support the administration of the sales tech stack (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and related tools)
  • Create and maintain sales playbooks, user guides, training materials, and process documentation
  • Help onboard new Sales team members by guiding CRM tools, lead management, and commercial processes
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to support daily commercial activities
  • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, improve operational efficiency, and leverage AI to streamline day-to-day work
Requirements
  • Associate's or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Support, Customer Operations, or a similar operational role.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and operate independently across time zones
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with AI and agentic workflows.
