What You’ll Do
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.

  • Set up tracking mechanisms for strategic initiatives and analyze campaign ROI.

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses like customer segmentation, funnel analysis, and pipeline velocity.

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to provide actionable insights.

Basic Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in data science, business, marketing, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or marketing analytics, preferably in life sciences or software.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting complex data sets, identifying patterns, and applying statistical concepts (e.g., CLV, regression, cohort analysis).

  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Spotfire, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms like Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Demandbase, and GA4.

  • Familiarity with sales and marketing analytics, including funnel analysis, customer segmentation, and campaign ROI evaluation.

  • A detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies and uncover growth opportunities.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for sales and marketing teams.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, applying data-driven strategies to support business goals.
