We currently have a great opportunity for a Sales Manager of On Premise, National Accounts to join our team.
The Sales Manager of On Premise, National Accounts will play a crucial role in driving both current and identifying new National customers across all On Premise channels. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, National Accounts, this newly created role will implement the national On-Premise strategy, build key customer relationships, enhance market presence and drive profitable sales growth.
Job Description- Implement strategic National initiatives to expand FIJI Water’s footprint in On-Premise, across all sub segments
- Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with National Accounts to grow and expand distribution and sales opportunities
- Collaborate with both internal and key external National Distribution partners, including Sales Planning, Marketing, Category Development and Operations, to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and alignment with brand objectives
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly
- Develop and negotiate high-impact contracts and partnerships that drive brand recognition and sales growth
- Ensuring accurate forecasting, monthly financials and present new business opportunities to sales leadership
- Manage P&L reporting for On-Premise National Accounts
- Travel up to 75% of the time to key markets / customers to build relationships, conduct business reviews, and support field initiatives
- 8+ years of experience in On-Premise sales preferably in the beverage or consumer goods industry
- Strong network of relationships with key stakeholders in the National On-Premise customers and distributors.
- Proven success in driving sales growth, achieving targets, and managing strategic business initiatives
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to develop and execute sales presentations both internally to sales team, senior leadership and externally to account clients
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Advanced knowledge of utilizing syndicated data to build fact based selling stories/presentations (i.e., Spectra, Nielsen, IRI, Mintel)
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working collaboratively with various departments
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to travel up to 75% for market visits, conferences, and business development activities.
- Availability for evening or weekend events as required for business development and On-Premise events and activities
Pay Range: $90,000-$100,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
