We're seeking a Sales Manager to lead our Elevator & Escalator business across North America. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional who enjoys building customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and driving growth in a specialized industrial market.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Grow existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Lead and support a network of sales agents and channel partners.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
  • Partner with marketing, product management, and global teams to support growth initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Represent Prysmian at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Maintain CRM data, forecasts, and sales reporting.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
  • Experience in industrial manufacturing, electrical products, elevator/escalator systems, cable products, or related industries preferred.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing distributors, sales agents, or channel partners.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, forecasting, and sales analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% throughout the U.S. and Canada.
