About Glimpse

The last decade has been incredibly exciting for electric mobility. However, the electrification of the transportation industry has scaled while relying on an insufficient set of quality control tools. This has led to uncomfortably high rates of battery pack failure and multi-billion-dollar safety recalls. In our view, every headline of electric vehicles and e-bikes catching fire is a major impediment towards an all-electric future.

After spending years in the trenches of battery and electric vehicle factories at Tesla and Toyota, Glimpse’s cofounders developed a vision for a one-stop-shop battery Quality Management Solution, launching the Glimpse Portal in March 2024. Today, Glimpse counts some of the world’s largest battery producers and OEMs, like Lucid Motors and NASA, among its customers.

About the Role

Glimpse quadrupled its revenue in 2025 and is proud to support some of the
world’s most innovative technology companies. Our first Sales & Growth Lead will
work closely with Glimpse’s Head of Sales to support outbound pipeline generation
and existing Scan on Demand customers. This role will drive targeted cold
outreach, qualify new opportunities, and ensure flawless sales operations and
customer coordination. A core part of this role will be consistent, high-volume cold calling to generate net-new conversations and build our pipeline.

We are looking for a technology-enthusiastic, highly organized individual who
thrives in a fast-paced environment and never drops the ball with customers.
You do not need prior experience in batteries or X-ray CT scanning, but you will
help build Glimpse’s future sales team. You are a fast learner who is excited to
grow into a sales leadership role for a highly technical product team.

Relevant skills

Cold calling, CRM management, quoting, invoicing, supplier portal onboarding,
