Dinepalace is a restaurant technology and digital marketing company helping restaurants grow through online ordering systems, website development, and marketing solutions.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
• Handle email communication and respond to client inquiries
• Make follow-up calls to prospects and existing clients
• Update and maintain records in Zoho CRM
• Assist with invoice creation and payment tracking in Zoho Books
• Prepare reports and maintain data in Excel or Google Sheets
• Support recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
• Coordinate with internal teams for task tracking and updates
• Maintain organized digital files and documentation
Requirements
1–3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in administrative support
• Good working knowledge of Zoho CRM and Zoho Books
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal English)
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Comfortable making outbound calls
Hours are Monday to Friday and half day Saturday 9am to 5pm EST (Toronto Time)
Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
Preferred Skills
• Experience working with SaaS, digital marketing, or restaurant industry
• Experience handling international clients
• Basic understanding of sales processes and client lifecycle
