About The Opportunity 

Netrix Global, an award-winning global provider of cybersecurity and IT services, seeks a highly motivated Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a key role in empowering our sales team with the tools, content, training, and resources they need to effectively engage prospects and close deals. You’ll collaborate across departments to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and product teams, and help streamline processes that improve sales productivity.

How You Will Make An Impact 
      • Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales enablement materials (playbooks, battle cards, pitch decks, product sheets). 
      • Support onboarding and training programs for new sales hires. 
      • Help manage the sales content library and ensure materials are up-to-date and easily accessible. 
      • Coordinate with marketing to align messaging and ensure sales has the latest campaign assets.
      • Track and report on enablement program effectiveness using KPIs and feedback. 
      • Participate in sales meetings and gather feedback to improve enablement initiatives. 
      • Develop and manage onboarding and continuous learning programs for sales and client-facing teams. 
      • Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to create and maintain enablement content (playbooks, competitive guides, product collateral). 
      • Own the development and delivery of training sessions
      • Aligns sales enablement initiatives with overall strategy. 
      • Provides tools, training, and resources to the sales team.
      What You Will Bring To The Table
        • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field. 
        • 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, enablement, or training (internships or entry-level roles welcome). 
        • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
        • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoominfo).
        • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. 
        • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
        • Background in training, instructional design, or education.
        • Ability to take minor requirements and independently design, build, and manage enablement or training projects. 
        • Experience in a B2B or IT consulting environment. 
        • Familiarity with sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic). 
        • Basic understanding of the sales funnel, sales methodologies and buyer journey. 
        • Experience creating engaging learning content or training modules.
