About the Role: 

Dragos is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to help scale our sales organization and boost performance across our global teams. In this high-impact role, you’ll support the development and execution of enablement programs that accelerate onboarding, reinforce learning and empower non-technical sales professionals to thrive. You’ll collaborate with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations and subject matter experts to deliver engaging content, tools and training experiences that improve effectiveness and drive growth. We’re looking for a proactive team player who’s passionate about aligning enablement efforts to business outcomes, optimizing sales productivity and building programs that support both individual development and team success.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop deep knowledge of Dragos solutions and assist in creating sales enablement content, curriculum and tools.
  • Support the design and delivery of the 30/60/90-day onboarding plan for new hires, including in-person training, e-learning, peer mentorship and assessments.
  • Coordinate post-onboarding reinforcement programs to ensure retention and application of training concepts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional SMEs to gather materials, update content and ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Maintain, organize, and archive training content, ensuring resources remain current and accessible.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Sales Operations to track sales effectiveness metrics and provide insights for improvement.
  • Assist with other enablement projects and initiatives as needed. 

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, Instructional Design or a related role.
  • Experience supporting sales onboarding and enablement programs using various delivery methods (ie, virtual, in-person, on-demand).
  • Familiarity with common sales processes and roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with some ambiguity.
  • Passion for sales, learning, and enabling others to succeed.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%. 

Compensation: 

  • Salary: $115,000
