We're looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to join our growing Training & Enablement team! In this role, you will be a critical partner to the sales teams, ensuring they have the knowledge, skills, and tools to be successful. You'll work on onboarding, ongoing learning, and supporting key initiatives that drive sales productivity. 



Responsibilities

  • Support the design and execution of the SDR and Sales onboarding programs 
  • Create and manage learning materials, resources, and playbooks (decks, guides, FAQs) 
  • Organize and facilitate enablement sessions, workshops, and role-play scenarios 
  • Track enablement initiatives and gather feedback to continuously improve programs 
  • Manage the content repository to ensure materials are up-to-date and accessible 
  • Support certifications and assessments for new and existing reps 



Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales/ SDR team lead / Sales Enablement/ or similar roles in a global organization
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Proven experience with coaching, training, and helping others succeed  
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment 
  • Experience with tools like SFDC, Gong, Groove (or similar), and LMS platforms (Docebo specifically) is a plus 
  • A team player attitude and a proactive mindset 
  • High-level of English - a must
