Sales Enablement Specialist
Location: Boston (minimum 2 days per week in office)
Position Summary:
IANS’ Marketing team is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to support our sales organization with tools, materials, and resources they need to effectively communicate our value proposition and generate revenue across our product portfolio.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, you’ll serve as the critical link between Marketing, Product, and Sales, ensuring that our go-to-market messaging and materials support sales through each stage of the funnel.
Responsibilities
- Bridge Product Marketing and Sales: Translate marketing campaigns, product positioning, and messaging insights into practical sales materials, messages and communication tools.
- Sales Content Creation: Work with product marketing team members to develop and maintain high-impact sales enablement materials such as, one-pagers, case studies, and email templates.
- Sales Communication Materials: Craft compelling sales messaging, including outreach emails, talk tracks, and call scripts that help reps communicate value clearly and consistently across the buyer journey.
- Content Management: Organize and manage enablement content in our platform, Allego.
- Feedback Loop: Meet with sales team members on a regular basis to gather feedback from Sales to continuously refine messaging, content, and enablement programs.
- Go-to-Market Alignment: Support the Product Marketing team with new product launches by ensuring sales teams are equipped with the appropriate materials and trained to communicate product value.
- Performance Measurement: Track enablement content usage and sales impact metrics to optimize future programs.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in sales enablement, product marketing, or a related marketing role (B2B experience a requirement).
- Strong understanding of how to align product messaging to buyer needs and sales conversations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for sales driven messaging.
- Proficiency with sales enablement and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo).
- Highly collaborative — enjoy working cross-functionally and influencing across departments.
