Sales Enablement Program Manager
Boston Seaport, MA (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite)

Position Summary
Are you passionate about driving seller productivity through structured, strategic enablement? Nasuni is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to deliver programs that increase revenue outcomes, elevate sales capabilities, and support scale across our global sales teams. You’ll serve as a key partner to Sales Leadership, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success — aligning go-to-market initiatives with our buyers’ journey and delivering impactful enablement that shortens ramp time, boosts win rates, and fuels expansion.
This is a high-visibility role ideal for someone who’s already made meaningful impact in Sales Enablement and is ready to take ownership of programs that touch every part of the sales lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
- Own the design, delivery, and evolution of our quarterly Nasuni Sales Academy (NSA) and role-based onboarding (30/60/90-day) across sales functions including SDR, AE, RSM, AM, and Solution Architects.
- Build and maintain certification programs in Workramp, with measurable outcomes tied to rep performance milestones.
- Lead development of recurring enablement sessions (weekly/monthly) focused on selling skills, competitive positioning, product readiness, and market trends.
- Own the administration, optimization, and user enablement of key sales tools including Chorus, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Highspot, and XFactor (DecisionLink), and WorkRampto ensure alignment with sales processes and team needs.
- Partner with RevOps, IT, and Sales Leadership to manage tool integrations and growth potential.
- Monitor usage, adoption, and performance metrics across sales systems to identify gaps, drive continuous improvement, and support data-driven decision-making across the sales organization.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Product Management to build and launch GTM enablement for new offerings, ensuring consistent messaging, objection handling, and demo capability across teams.
- Ensure field readiness through curated content, just-in-time learning paths, and repeatable sales plays.
What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or Revenue Enablement within a high-growth B2B SaaS or IT Infrastructure company.
- Deep knowledge of sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, Command of the Message) and how to coach them effectively.
- Proven success in designing and delivering enablement programs that impact measurable business outcomes.
- Proficiency in modern sales tech: Salesforce, Gong/Chorus, Workramp LMS, Highspot (or equivalents).
- Strong instructional design skills with experience facilitating both virtual and in-person training.
- Content management and governance best practices within a sales enablement platform.
- Experience supporting partner/channel enablement is a plus.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills — you’re organized, proactive, and outcomes-driven.
- Sales or presales experience preferred — you understand the mindset and challenges of quota-carrying teams.
