The Opportunity

The Sales Coordinator - Retail is responsible for actively partnering with our customers’ on-site marketing team to ensure appropriate delivery and efficient processing of programs. This role is a critical member of a cross-functional team that ensures consistent high-quality delivery for our customers. This is a remote position (working Eastern or Central time zone).

  • Partner with customer on-site to ensure efficient processing and delivery of programs. 

  • Act as an internal consultant on instore print capabilities and targeting for media campaigns. 

  • Monitor and align campaign execution with client objectives. 

  • Collaborate with internal departments to troubleshoot issues and fulfill campaign requests. 

  • Create and monitor campaign performance reports. 

  • Manage project timelines and prioritize tasks for timely completion. 

  • Process monthly customer and vendor billing. 

  • Provide high-level customer service to partners at the client's site. 

  • Support reporting between client and customer, including activity reports and billings. 

  • Troubleshoot in-store printing and campaign-related issues. 

  • Set up and monitor performance of short-term, mass advertisement offers. 

  • Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks. 

  • Provide reporting to vendors, including cost summaries and revenue share information. 

  • Manage budget and spending updates. 

  • Handle high work volume efficiently and stay organized. 

  • Identify ways to support the team and provide exceptional customer service. 

  • Review circulars and online ads to ensure offers and signs are accurate. 

  • Resolve printing or campaign visibility problems for stores. 

  • Anticipate future needs and challenges. 

  • Act as a single point of contact. 

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree required, marketing or business degrees preferred. 

  • 2+ years’ experience in CPG/Retail marketing, campaign management, or sales support 

  • Check ins on weekends for new store openings, key drive periods and troubleshooting.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal); able to establish and lead positive working relationships with internal and external clients. 

  • Self-motivated, organized, and analytical.

Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.

Base Salary Range: $58,000.00 - $81,200.00
