Sales Conference/Event Coordinator

Job Description:
Providing direct support to the sales team and leadership, the Sales Conference/Event Coordinator facilitates conference and tradeshow details and appointments, maintains sales leads, helps generate strategic and compelling marketing collateral, and will own all operations and logisitcs for our upcoming sales events. The role requires a strong administrative background with a desire for professional growth in sales and marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistics for sales tradeshows, conferences and other events including booking venues and overseeing event schedule
• Maintain and update data such as customer records, sales activities, and deal pipelines in HubSpot
• Create company email marketing newsletter and develop outbound sequences through Hubspot
• Organize and maintain files related to sales projects, marketing materials, and event planning
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors
• Oversee production of conference materials by ensuring all materials meet quality standards and are delivered on time

Qualifications:

• Must have exceptional attention to detail 
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently
• Previous event coordination experinece preferrably within the legal or medical space
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and other project management tools
