Location: Boston, MA- Hybrid office schedule

We’re looking for a Sales Compensation Consultant to join PTC’s Field Incentive Team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the implementation and management of field incentive plans that align with corporate business objectives. With a mix of business acumen, stakeholder management, and analytical skills, you will collaborate with team members on Credit Assignment and Compensation Calculation. Additionally, you will work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to analyze data and provide insights, thereby facilitating their understanding of incentive plans, performance metrics, and commission structures.

 

As the Field Incentive group, we design, implement, and manage compensation programs for the Sales and Customer Success teams. Our primary objective is to develop competitive and motivating compensation plans to drive the success of corporate business growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Implement and manage field incentive plans using the incentive plan management tool, ensuring regular updates to reflect any changes in daily operations.
  • Support monthly credit assignments and commission payments.
  • Create detailed reports and dashboards to effectively communicate commission insights to stakeholders.
  • Clearly Communicate compensation plan metrics and any changes to the stakeholders.
  • Partner with HR and Legal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Analyze sales performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of compensation plans and other ad-hoc reports.

 

What we seek:

  • Highly self-motivated, proactive contributor who works well under pressure as an individual and within a team environment
  • Ability to drive projects in a cross-functional environment while managing key stakeholder expectations and timelines
  • Proficiency in MS Office with good Excel working knowledge.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to think about the business holistically
  • Proactive and effective communicator at all levels of the organization

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree. Major in Economics and Business Administration preferred.
