What You’ll Do

As Sales & Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving Benchmark Health’s growth by shaping and executing our go-to-market strategy for primary care clinics and health systems. You’ll translate our mission into meaningful partnerships—building relationships, identifying opportunities, and ensuring that every client understands the value of integrating precision-based behavioral health triage into their care delivery.

You’ll be responsible for leading the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification through to deal closure and onboarding—while collaborating closely with clinical operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment across strategy and execution. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to scale access to behavioral health care nationwide.

Your Impact

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand Benchmark Health’s footprint among primary care and health system clients

  • Own the end-to-end sales process—from lead generation to contract execution—ensuring strong conversion rates and sustainable growth

  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, care coordinators, and administrative leaders

  • Leverage your healthcare and collaborative care experience to understand client needs and design tailored partnership solutions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales goals with clinical and operational priorities

  • Analyze market trends, pipeline metrics, and client feedback to inform strategic decisions and improve performance

  • Use AI-driven tools and modern automation platforms to enhance sales efficiency and scalability

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking talented professionals who are ready to make an impact:

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare sales or business development, preferably within health systems, payors, or digital health organizations

  • Proven success in go-to-market strategy, pipeline management, and sales conversions within the healthcare or collaborative care space

  • Strong collaborative care experience—you understand how behavioral health integrates into primary care and can speak confidently about care coordination, referral pathways, and value-based care models

  • Deep understanding of primary care integration and behavioral health workflows—you can engage effectively with physicians, administrators, and care teams

  • Experience building and managing partnerships that deliver measurable impact and client satisfaction

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform strategy, forecast revenue, and optimize performance

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities—comfortable engaging both executive and clinical stakeholders

  • A builder mindset—you thrive in early-stage environments and enjoy creating scalable systems from the ground up

  • Comfort with AI and automation tools to streamline prospecting, reporting, and client engagement
