- Automated systems such as machine tools, robotic cells or assembly fixtures, jigs, tools
- Manufacturing applications with thermoset or thermoplastic composite materials
- Factory assembly or machine manufacturing
- Related experience may include work in one or more of the following areas:
- Personable and outgoing; comfortable speaking in front of groups of people
- Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Experience creating and presenting sales proposals
- Candidate must be willing to travel up to 100% and have an active US passport
- Act as forward-facing sales personnel to achieve North American sales targets
- Become technically proficient in current and future product offerings (i.e., automated drilling and fastening equipment, composites manufacturing, etc.)
- Source leads, identify and develop relationships with decision makers
- Qualify potential customers for genuine need and ability to purchase proposed solutions
- Work with customers throughout entirety of sales process
- Lead in development of sales proposals
- Travel to customer sites as needed for sales and proposal meetings and to ensure we are providing world class customer service
- Research and identify potential future markets for existing and new Broetje products
- Identify possible derivative products and solutions to help expand our current offerings
