Callibrity is based in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is remote based but must work on U.S. Eastern or Central Time working hours. Will not consider non-US based candidates.

As a Senior Software Developer, you are a leader by example, you are a subject matter expert, and you help lead strategic technical direction. You will get to interact with key client stakeholders on a regular basis and use your experience to prove business ROI through innovative greenfield technology solutions. Requirements:

  • 6+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails
  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and React
  • Previous working experience in high-growth technology companies and/or startups
  • Understanding of scrum, unit testing, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and DevOps
  • Knowledge of microserviced architectures and RESTful APIs, especially in Ruby on Rails
  • Good experience with relational databases
  • Relevant professional experience in Information Technology and/or Consulting
  • Four-year degree or successful completion of respected bootcamp/accelerator, or extensive mentorship program
  • Successfully solve Callibrity’s CoderPad and Code Pairing Challenges
  • Interpersonal skills: Influencer, professionalism and accountability, passion for learning, us not them mentality, shared responsibility

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States, without sponsorship
