Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:
  • Collegial group practice with a large referral base
  • Call schedule - 1:7
  • 7 Physicians and 1 Advanced Practitioner
  • Excellent established support staff in place
  • On site infusion, bone density, MRI (Worcester), and blood draw
  • Established and expanding telemedicine
  • State of the art Epic EMR system
  • Dedicated practice management systems in place
  • Resident and student teaching; and clinical research opportunity available if desired

Required Qualifications:
  • BC/BE in Rheumatology
  • Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts
  • Active DEA License

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working within a Team Care model
  • Fluency in EMR systems & technology

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $224,000 - $371,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
