The opportunity

The Reviewer is responsible for evaluating student project submissions using a pre-existing rubric designed specifically for each project. Along with the rubric evaluation, this role provides feedback that is specific, actionable, and supportive addressing any areas of the project that require improvement and resubmission to demonstrate mastery. Additionally, the Reviewer interacts with their managers regularly, participate in group meetings, and sometimes work in virtual teams with peers on special projects.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Use rubrics and supplemental information to provide fair and consistent evaluations with encouraging, specific, and actionable feedback.

  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of every component of curriculum within assigned workload.

  • Swiftly respond to student outreach and return evaluations to students within 48 hours of submission.

  • Work with Goal Lead to provide proactive outreach to students in need of academic assistance.

Participate in Reviewer online community.

  • Support academic integrity validation and processing potential violations.

  • Participate in quality assurance processes and project improvement activities, as needed.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Job duties and responsibilities can change at any time, with or without notice.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Years of relevant or specific experience:

  • Academic Degree(s) and/ areas of study: Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or similar area of study

  • Equivalent of experience in lieu of degree acceptable:  ☐      Yes     ☒   No          

  • Professional Certification(s): N/A

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in competency-based education.

  • Ability to provide an encouraging and respectful attitude toward all students.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Online teaching experience.

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this position is $23.23 - $37.16. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $25.66 - $34.72.
