Provides advanced production support for Ellucian Banner and connected enterprise applications. Troubleshoots complex application, database, integration, and data issues; maintains APIs, web services, middleware, and database interfaces; monitors system performance and data flows; supports upgrades and implementations; documents systems and procedures; coordinates with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders; participates in incident and change management; automates processes; mentors IT staff; and contributes to scalable system architecture.

Leads and develops a team responsible for Microsoft 365 and modern workplace services. Provides hands-on technical leadership across endpoint management, identity, collaboration, automation, security, and device management. Oversees technical design, implementation, troubleshooting, escalations, service operations, roadmaps, governance, documentation, and continuous improvement while partnering with other IT teams and organizational leadership.

Develops employer partnerships to expand career and experiential learning opportunities for students. Responsibilities include employer outreach, recruiting strategy development, partner stewardship, job description support, employment outcome reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and coordinating employer events and programming. Requires evening schedule flexibility and representation at events.

Serves as a strategic finance partner for AI, technology, transformation, and operational initiatives. Develops complex financial models, forecasts, business cases, scenario analyses, and investment evaluations; assesses costs, benefits, risks, and returns; monitors performance and benefit realization; supports contracts and vendor evaluations; and provides actionable recommendations to executive and cross-functional leaders.
