Lead and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research and usability testing to generate insights that inform product and design decisions. Create personas, journey maps, prototypes (Figma), surveys, and presentations; collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to prioritize and implement research-driven recommendations.

Manage employer partnership projects end-to-end, coordinate launches and systems integration, resolve operational issues, support process improvements, CRM administration, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth partner onboarding and ongoing operations.

Lead enterprise AI strategy and architecture, design scalable AI/ML and LLM solutions integrated with core platforms, establish governance and MLOps/LLMOps lifecycle, guide vendors and teams, run POCs, and mentor architects to drive responsible, secure AI adoption across the university.
