Lead and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research and usability testing to generate insights that inform product and design decisions. Create personas, journey maps, prototypes (Figma), surveys, and presentations; collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to prioritize and implement research-driven recommendations.

Design and develop scalable online learning experiences in collaboration with subject matter experts. Create valid formative and summative assessments, manage multiple project timelines, conduct quality reviews and data-informed improvements, oversee multimedia sub-production, and ensure LMS build specifications and institutional learning standards are met.

Manage employer partnership projects end-to-end, coordinate launches and systems integration, resolve operational issues, support process improvements, CRM administration, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth partner onboarding and ongoing operations.
