About this position:

This role strengthens the operational backbone of Mavely’s creator ecosystem. You’ll support the full creator lifecycle—acquisition, onboarding, compliance, engagement, and revenue-driving activity—by building the systems, automation, and workflows that unlock scale. You’ll be the hands-on operator responsible for ensuring HubSpot and the connected revenue stack function as a reliable engine for Creator Success, Compliance, and Marketing. Your work reduces manual workload, improves data quality, and ensures teams have accurate insights to make fast, confident decisions.

What you'll be doing:Technical/ Execution
  • Build, maintain, and optimize HubSpot workflows, lifecycle stages, routing rules, and automation that power creator acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and compliance.
  • Implement system enhancements and troubleshoot operational gaps by designing scalable solutions across HubSpot, Segment, Make, Salesforce, and Domo.
  • Develop dashboards, attribution models, and performance reporting that clarify pipeline health, creator lifecycle, and campaign-level insights.
  • Improve data quality and field governance to ensure accurate tracking across managed, non-managed, VIP, and agency-connected creators.
  • Translate operational issues into actionable system improvements—removing manual steps and enabling self-serve where possible
Team / Collaboration
  • Partner with Creator Success, Compliance, and Marketing to diagnose process friction and convert requirements into scalable system design.
  • Collaborate with RevOps leadership and cross-functional teams on integrations, data flow, and roadmap priorities.
  • Drive training, documentation, and release notes to ensure teams adopt new processes and fully understand changes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to GTM teams, offering clear guidance on system use, workflows, and data interpretation.
Research/Best Practices
  • Stay current on HubSpot Enterprise features, creator-economy operations trends, and best practices for lifecycle architecture.
  • Recommend improvements based on emerging RevOps methodologies, automation capabilities, and system-to-system integrations.
  • Maintain a test-and-iterate mindset, validating improvements through data and user feedback.
What success looks like:
  • 60% reduction in manual operational workload for Creator Success through automation, workflow redesign, and system enablement.
  • Improved campaign attribution accuracy, reflected in clean data, consistent lifecycle tracking, and reliable reporting.
  • Faster routing and workflow efficiency, ensuring creators move seamlessly from signup → onboarding → activation, with minimal manual intervention.
  • Higher system adoption across Creator Success and Compliance teams, backed by documentation, training, and simplified workflows.
  • Clean, trusted dashboards that provide real-time insight into the creator pipeline, campaign performance, and operational bottlenecks.
  • Noticeable reduction in operational errors, duplicate work, compliance gaps, and data rework.
What you bring:
  • 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales/Marketing Operations, or an adjacent operations role.
  • Hands-on experience managing HubSpot Enterprise (Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations Hubs).
  • Experience supporting lifecycle-based or two-sided marketplace workflows (creators, affiliates, partners, or similar).
  • Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous operational challenges into structured, scalable solutions.
  • Strong data literacy—able to build dashboards, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and interpret performance insights.
  • Experience with tools such as Segment, Make (Integromat), Domo, Salesforce, and DocuSign.
  • Proven track record reducing manual processes, improving workflow efficiency, and improving system adoption.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical teams and influence adoption.
  • Self-directed operator who thrives in fast-moving environments, challenges inefficient processes, and takes ownership end-to-end.

Nice to have: Experience in the creator economy, affiliate management, or creator lifecycle operations.

How you work:
  • Driven by Impact: You deliver results that matter—prioritizing high-value work, meeting deadlines, and adapting quickly while keeping outcomes clear.
  • Strategic & Customer-Centric: You anticipate risks and opportunities, connect decisions to long-term growth, and build trust through proactive insights.
  • Curious & Growth-Oriented: You seek knowledge, ask sharp questions, and apply learnings fast—challenging the status quo with a mindset of improvement.
  • Collaborative & Resilient: You thrive in change by staying resourceful, solution-focused, and positive—removing roadblocks, sharing insights, and keeping morale high.
  • Accountable & Honest: You own your work, hold yourself and others to a high bar, and use transparent feedback to drive growth.
