This is a people-manager role accountable for the accuracy, integration, and performance of the processes and platforms that power revenue, from pipeline and forecasting to the GTM tech stack itself.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Leadership

  • Manage and develop 3 direct reports across sales analytics/operations, sales GTM systems, and marketing operations
  • Set shared priorities and standards across the team's owned platforms
  • Remove roadblocks and maintain a consistent operating rhythm across the team

Revenue & GMV Forecasting

  • Own GMV and revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and capacity planning across new logo sales and account management
  • Partner with sales and marketing leadership to identify and drive strategies for new logo acquisition and growth within existing accounts (expansion, upsell)
  • Design and maintain commission plans for all revenue functions (BDR, AE, AM)
  • Oversee customer-facing contract processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance

GTM Systems & Data

  • Ensure the GTM systems ecosystem — owned day-to-day by your team — is integrated, accurate, and free of technical blockers
  • Serve as primary liaison with Product, Engineering, and Data teams on GTM data needs
  • Build robust reporting that generates insights and drives action to improve revenue performance across the funnel

AI & Process Automation

  • Identify and implement AI-enabled tools across the GTM stack — lead enrichment, routing, forecasting, and reporting — to increase team efficiency and revenue velocity
  • Champion adoption of modern AI-native GTM tools where they improve pipeline generation or operational efficiency
  • Identify and close process gaps across Core and incubating lines of business

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES
  • 7+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations
  • 2+ years experience managing or mentoring a team (2+ direct reports)
  • Demonstrated success optimizing full-funnel revenue processes — from lead engagement through SAL handoff, sales pipeline, forecasting, and commissions
  • Hands-on familiarity with core GTM systems — Salesforce plus at least one of Marketo, LeanData, or Outreach
  • Practical experience applying AI tools within sales or marketing operations workflows
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable building and interpreting revenue dashboards
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product/Engineering/Data

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, e-commerce, or marketplace environments
  • Direct experience with Braze, Payload CMS, or marketing operations systems
  • Experience with modern AI-native GTM tools and AI-enabled features within existing platforms — e.g., Clay for enrichment/prospecting or Outreach's Amplify for AI-assisted sequencing, or Trellus for call coaching — or similar
  • Experience designing sales commission plans
  • Prior experience managing managers or a Director-level scope

The pay rate for this role will range between $150,000 to $200,000, per annum. We consider many factors when determining salary offers, such as the applicant’s work experience, education and training, skills, market data, and internal equity.

THE COMPANY

B-Stock is the world's largest B2B re-commerce platform, connecting sellers and buyers of returned, trade-in, and overstock inventory. Our customers range from today’s top brands and retailers that want best-in-class inventory resale management to tens of thousands of entrepreneurs looking to purchase valuable merchandise for their resale businesses.

While the amount of returned and overstock inventory continues to grow, there is also growing pressure on retailers and consumers to adopt a more circular economy and keep products in use as long as possible. Accordingly, the need for re-commerce solutions - to find products a second life - has never been greater! At B-Stock we’re proud to play a large part in powering resale, reuse, and the circular economy through our platform: annually we sell over 130 million items across all categories and conditions, equating to 400 million pounds of inventory.

We believe there is tremendous value in and demand for this inventory - no matter the category, condition, or location. With hundreds of thousands transactions completed annually, B-Stock gives buyers a simple and direct way to buy valuable products directly from retailers and offers sellers a technology-driven replacement for traditional resale methods, while boosting operational efficiency, recovery rates, and cycle time.

Led by eBay veterans and backed by top investors including Spectrum Equity, True Ventures, and Susquehanna Growth Equity, B-Stock shows no signs of slowing down. Our core values have shaped the company we are today and will continue to drive our success for many years to come.

OUR VALUES
Make Each Dollar Count
Whether it’s the recovery amount or a buyer’s budget, money matters to all of our clients. And because each dollar matters to them, it matters to us.

Take Our Work Seriously, Not Ourselves
Everything at B-Stock continues to grow - everything but our egos, that is. We’re not afraid to let loose and laugh (often at ourselves).

Do The Hard Things Today That Will Pay Off Tomorrow
We’re willing to sacrifice and endure, fail and adapt to reach our long-term goals.

Use Trust As The Best Measure Of Success
The trust we earn along the way is more valuable than money. Without trust from both our buyers and sellers, our business won’t succeed.

Find Strength In Numbers
Use our passion for data to provide value to our customers, improve ourselves, and develop new ways to delight our buyers and sellers.

No applicant will face discrimination/harassment based on race, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, age, gender, marital domestic partner status, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability status, or veteran status. Above and beyond discrimination/harassment based on “protected categories,” B-Stock also strives to prevent other, subtler forms of inappropriate behavior (e.g., stereotyping) from ever gaining a foothold in our office. Whether blatant or hidden, barriers to success have no place at B-Stock.
Work Authorization required.
