The Opportunity:  

We are currently recruiting for a Revenue Operations Senior Manager to join our US team as a member of our global Go to Market (GTM) organization.  This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established firm with a global presence and significant growth potential.  

As a Revenue Operations Senior Manager at Rimes, you will help to facilitate the overall success of the GTM teams, including Sales, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Account Management. You will be responsible for improving deal velocity, building consistency and rigor in the sales cycle, identifying improvements, tracking and analyzing performance, and increasing revenue opportunities. This role will be focused on regional US- and Canada-based sales opportunities and clients and requires close collaboration with colleagues globally in both the GTM organization and across Rimes. 

 

What you will do: 

  • Pipeline Management - Employ sales qualification methodologies, stage gates, strategic deal reviews, and cross-functional collaboration to improve deal progression, forecasting, and deal hygiene 
  • Territory Planning - Support the regional sales leader in defining the appropriate account lists per Sales Manager to maintain coverage aligned to strategy 
  • Pricing and Packaging – Work with the Product, Finance, and Professional Services to ensure clarity and communication on pricing and SKUs to the GTM teams 
  • Governance– Facilitate deals reviews and win plans 
  • Contracts – Shepherd opportunities efficiently through the contract process and help sales secure internal approvals across required functions 
  • Clari/Salesforce/Data Visualization - Build adoption of systems and tools, improve analytics and insights, and enhance forecasting, pipeline, renewals, and win/loss reviews  
  • Forecasts – Facilitate calling forecasts, provide management reporting and contribute to forecast accuracy 
  • Process Optimization & Performance Analytics – Identify and implement scalable, repeatable processes across the revenue funnel to improve conversion rates and reduce friction, develop insights on critical success factors, and expand knowledge sharing 
  • Campaigns & Lead Conversion – Optimize leads and lifecycle tracking, report on campaign progress and increase activity through collaboration between Sales, Product and Marketing 
  • Workflow & Engagement – Enhance operational efficiency and team alignment 

 

Who you are: 

  • Bachelor or Master, in Business, Finance, Science, Engineering or Mathematics-related field 
  • Results-driven and detail-oriented 
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively, connect disparate data points, and solve problems 
  • Flexible and efficient at multitasking across various assignments 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English 
  • Able to work independently, take initiative, meet deadlines, employ process and structure, and prioritize effectively 
  • Interested in technology and transformation 
  • Confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills 
  • Comfortable encouraging and influencing change 
  • Knowledge of Salesforce required 

 

Also useful: 

  • Knowledge of financial markets and financial data 
  • Previous work experience in the financial industry 
  • Experience with conversational AI in a Sales setting  
  • Experience using Clari and data visualization tools
