The Elevator Pitch

We aim to help organizations detect potential threats, mitigate risk, and enhance safety using AI-powered security solutions with robust insights.  We are looking for a driven and energetic Revenue Operations Analyst to join the Revenue Organization and collaborate with other internal teams on a wide range of projects and initiatives. Success in the Role: What are performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing? 

In the first 30 days, you will:  

  • Participate in new hire orientation. 
  • Familiarize yourself with our instance of Salesforce.com. 
  • Understand the company’s product offerings and pricing. 
  • Begin handling basic requests from the GTM organization, especially the regional sales team. 

Within 3 months, you will:  

  • Independently triage and respond to the majority of requests from the GTM org. 
  • Document renewal, channel and general processes. 
  • Understand the basics of Evolv compensation plans and processes. 
  • Leverage Salesforce.com reports and dashboards to manage day to day, triage requests and hold teams accountable for data integrity. 
  • Support and coordinate the vendor assessment process. 

Within 1 year, you will:  

  • Be an expert in providing operational support to the GTM org. 
  • Leverage data driven insights to improve data hygiene and overall pipeline health. 
  • Coordinate across internal teams to ensure deadlines are met for specific deals (legal, finance, product, etc.) 
  • Independently support the Channel Deal Registration process and triage questions. 
  • Have a complete understanding of the GTM compensation plans and monthly payment process. 
The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis? 

Support the Revenue Organization in the Sales Process  

  • Assist with the processes related to ordering, booking and supporting the customer journey for direct and channel sales. 
  • Provide Salesforce.com account, opportunity and quote support for new sales and renewals.  
  • Use Salesforce.com to manage and address incoming requests for Revenue Operations support. 
  • Perform order reviews as part of the company booking process. 
  • Support the Deal Desk process by working with Account Executives to prepare requests including deal economics, business rationale and timelines. 
  • Partner with Account Executives and Channel Sales Executives to maintain data quality in Salesforce.com through the use of data quality dashboards. 
  • Support and coordinate vendor assessments and RFP processes. 

Support the Renewal Process  

  • Proactively research upcoming renewals 
  • Manage asset tracking 
  • Monitor revenue retention, unit retention, churn, and upgrades 

Support the monthly commissions cycle 

  • Assist in the review of monthly data utilized to pay commissions. 
  • Assist in the commission by quote review process. 
  • Learn to run the commission cycle. 
  • Assist in the creation of monthly metrics related to variable compensation. 

Provide support for various projects that drive business initiatives 

  • Drive adherence to internal processes and business rules. 
  • Actively offer suggestions to streamline internal processes. 
  • Update existing and create new process documentation to assist the GTM org.

This position will report to the Director of Sales Operations in the Revenue Operations team.

Where is the role located? 

This is a hybrid role, based out of our HQ in Waltham, Massachusetts. Our team values in-person collaboration and offers flexibility in being remote some days. 

What is the salary range? 

The base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000 - $95,000, + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
